Finding Cheap NFL Tickets

Getting your hands on NFL tickets can be tricky enough, but trying to find cheap tickets can be difficult. Considering that you’re not going to go to the game alone, you may have to pay for parking and let’s not forget the beverages and snacks, going to the game can be a small investment. Finding cheap tickets is not impossible, if you know where to look. The following are a few tips to help you find cheap NFL tickets.

Planning in advance is one way to get cheap tickets. By purchasing tickets months in advance you will get a good price, especially if one of the teams playing didn’t do so well last year. As the team does better, the price of the tickets will go up. Sure, it’s a gamble, but think how much you’ll save if you bought tickets months before the team started winning games.

Teams will often offer packages on tickets to help you save money. For example, you may be able to buy a regular season ticket in addition to a pre-season ticket at reduced rates. Teams do this to fill up the stadium during the pre-season.

Checking eBay for tickets is another option. Many times unexpected events come up and people are forced to sell their tickets rather than attend the game. CraigsList is another similar source for finding tickets. Just be cautious, you don’t want to get scammed.

Finally, signing up for your team’s newsletter can give you inside information on ticket sales or special offers. Twitter announcements can offer deals if the stadium has unsold tickets. You may not have much time to get ready for the game, but if saving money is your aim then what’s a bit of a rush.

Careful planning and jumping on hot deals will  help you get tickets to NFL games more cheaply than showing up at the gate and buying them.

The Team with the Most Super Bowl Wins!

The Pittsburgh Steelers have been to the super bowl a total of seven times. That is the most any team has ever been played in the super bowl. The Pittsburgh Steelers are nothing short of phenomenal.

Their first win was during super bow IX, when they played the Minnesota Vikings in 1975 at Tulane stadium. They ended the game with a 16 to 6 score and took home their first super bowl trophy.

In 1976 just one year later the Steelers where back on the field playing in super bowl X, against the Dallas Cowboys, who they beat 21 to 17 at the Orange Bowl in Miami Florida. The Pittsburgh Steelers took home Super bowl trophy number 2.

It would be just three years later in 1979 and they were once against playing the Dallas Cowboys in super bowl XIII; who they beat once again in a tight game that ended with a 35 to 31 score. Steelers were once again victorious and carried back to Pittsburgh trophy number three.

Again the Steelers returned playing against the Los Angels Rams in super bowl XIV at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena CA. They would carry their fourth super bowl trophy home in a 31-19 win.

Super bowl trophy number five would be won in 2006, when the Steelers beat the Seattle Seahawks in 21-10 score in super bowl XL.

The Pittsburgh Steelers were back on super bowl XLIII against the Arizona Cardinals in 2009 and took home trophy number six.

The Pittsburgh Steelers have only lost one super bowl game and that was to the Dallas Cowboys back in 1996.

If the Steelers make it to the super bowl XLV it will be there eighth time on the field and they will be playing at the Dallas Cowboys stadium

Denver Broncos has a New Coach

After a very short Broncos head coach career Josh McDaniel’s was given his walking papers. Maybe it was a case of just too much too soon when he was hired on as the Broncos head coach.

The new head coach John Fox has been chosen for his strong NFL career that has spanned over 20+ years. He has what Josh McDaniel’s must have ultimately lacked, years of experience.

Denver Bronco fans and team are going to be expecting a lot from Head Coach Fox.

John Fox was born on February 28, 1955 in Virginia Beach, Virginia and then his family moved to San Diego CA. He is a solid family man and a personable personality.

There is no doubt that Fox has his work cut out for him but with the experience he is bringing to the team, he has what it takes to deliver.

Maybe next year we will see the Denver Broncos heading to the super bowl. Can Fox take the broncos all the way? Only time will tell. But he has a history of taking a loosing team all the way to the super bowl. And that is destination number one for any NFL team.

It would be exciting to see the Denver Broncos working together without all of the excess drama for a change and just get busy playing tight football. Maybe those are the qualities John Fox can bring out in a hopeful team.

One thing is for certain Fox has his work cut out for him but he has the talent and the skills to make it all work in the Broncos favor. We are sure to see his influence on this team come football season next fall. The fans will be anxious to see their team perform like they have not done in a few years.

Choosing the Game: Sports Betting Sites

It’s an easy desire, the undeniable dream: the wish to bet on sports has led you to explore the many opportunities to try and determine which would be most pleasurable. But the sheer mass of options overwhelms you, leaving you wondering what you’re meant to choose. There are far too many events in this world and they all demand your time, your effort, your money. You’re unsure of what to do, and even whether you can succeed. But there are ways to decide the most popular of these sporting activities. You simply must be aware of their popularity and what the wagers may yield.

When considering sports always understand the international appeal. Football (or as those in the United States deem it, “soccer”) is the most universally recognized — and adored — event. Bets on it tend to offer high rewards. American football is gaining popularity among all countries, however, and offers a wide pool to choose from. Individuals tend to favor college leagues over professional ones, and this trend can be seen as well in basketball. While not able to rival the popularity of the aforementioned sports, it does offer an abundant number of games each season. This makes it worthy to those seeking to generate constant funds. And, finally, baseball remains confined to only specific areas. Its acceptance in North and South America has not yet sprawled out to the rest of the world. Individuals may be disappointed in the pooling options.

Consider first the events that will provide the most successful wagers; and then choose sports betting sites that grant full access to all of the most anticipated games. The decision must be one that’s given the appropriate care — but one that will also eventually offer endless excitement. The predictions can be made and the outcomes can be witnessed.
